busy bee candles

hey everyone
sorry ive been away for like nearly a week, shock!
sorry about that, ive been really busy at work, i haven't stopped all week, i think ive been getting in at like 8pm eating then bed =[

anyway, after my little ramble, i brought some candles.
I love candles sooo much, and on twitter i found a great company, they are called Busy Bee Candles the are handmade in Wales, they are made from soy wax and a cotton wick. the owner actually tweets and she is soo nice! you can follow her at @BusyBeeCandles

As our candles are made from Soy wax and we use good quality cotton wicks, a layer of the wax will melt at the base of the flame and display a two tone colouration. This is perfectly normal and helps “launch” the scent into the room. This is a mark of a good candle. All of our candles will burn to the base of the jar therefore you have no wasted wax. When you extinguish your candle, the melted layer of wax will solidify as before

on twitter aswell, they do regular discounts and i took one of the discounts, i cant remember exactually how much it was but i think it was 30%, but it was basically the postage was free.

i got 4 smells:
l-r: creme brulee, chocolate fudge brownie, fresh bread, black cherry

creme brulee:
this one is my second favourite, all these candles smell different from dry to when there burning, before its burning it smells really sweet and quite sickly, so when i smelt it for the first time i was like wow, how is this creme brulee.
then i light it and omgawd!, its got the perfect creme brulee smell, it sweet and fudgey (toffee smells) then its got a nutty undertone which is yum!

they are all so good enough to eat!, i wish i could!

black cherry:
i am really not sure about this smell at all, i love cherry's, im like addicted to them, whenever their in season i get like 6 packets, and munch my way though them. so yeah i was really excited about this because i thought it would smell just like cherry's.
but im abit weird with fruit smells, i think there artificial and strange,
and i feel like this with this candle, i like it alot but i feel its abit artificial.
it might just be me you know and my weird sense of smell.

fresh bread:
this is a nice smell, its a very subtle scent so it doesn't feel the whole room, so its good for people who dont like a really strong smell but still want a little bit of something from a candle.
like the creme brulee it is really sweet when its not burning, but when it is the sweetness goes away and your left with the smell of really nice warm bread, like just out of the oven.

chocolate fudge brownie:
this one is my favourite, omgawd!! yumm, if this was edible i would eat it straight away, can they stop making candles and just make a chocolate fudge brownie for me!
it smells absolutely amazing, i took it to my moms to burn it and we decorated the hall while burning this, and we both had to stop and smell it ocassionaly because it was so nice,
it filled the whole hall with chocolately goodness and its nearly ran out ive burnt it for so long.

All these candles last a very long time, it says on the website they last for about 8-12 hours, and they really do!, we burnt one non stop for about 8 hours but i would say dont actually burn it for that long.
because the glass gets too hot and one of the candles glasses broke and i had to throw the candle away (booo =[ )

you can find all the information and how to buy them on there website here: http://www.busybeecandles.co.uk/
please go have a look

see you all soon xxx

disclaimer: i brought all these candles with my own money, but i did get a discount on them, but if you follow them on twitter you will get one too.
